March 15, 2025 — Happy Planning Events proudly co-hosted the In Full Bloom Wedding Showcase at the charming Carroll Hall in Bushwick, Brooklyn, welcoming engaged couples, creatives, and event industry pros into an immersive springtime experience. With over 50 attendees, this boutique showcase was designed to spark inspiration, highlight talented local vendors, and give guests a true sense of what’s possible in this versatile indoor-outdoor venue.

A Hidden Gem for Brooklyn Weddings & Boutique Events

Carroll Hall is one of Bushwick’s best-kept secrets — a lush garden venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, a whimsical treehouse, and a unique blend of industrial charm and nature. It was the perfect canvas for a spring-themed showcase, giving guests a real feel for how a wedding or intimate corporate event might unfold here.

Behind the Scenes: Planning an Intentional Showcase

Planning kicked off in January 2025 with a dedicated team:

Jalisa led the event layout and managed the Eventbrite setup, Erin spearheaded marketing and promotional outreach, and Tanya sourced all participating vendors and collaborated on promotion strategies. The trio aligned on every detail, from prize giveaways to the day-of logistics, with frequent Zoom meetings and venue walkthroughs.

A branded marketing video was also produced on-site by Jason Alicea of Jason A Films, featuring Tanya inviting couples to attend. Together, we created a cohesive brand identity for the event — complete with a custom logo, matching signage, and even a branded backdrop for the photo booth, designed by DJ Dan Fudim.

Despite the chance of rain, the team had a solid backup plan. The event started indoors, but guests still experienced the styled ceremony space, decorated reception igloo, and treehouse lounge, which remained photo-ready throughout the afternoon.
